WELCOME TO CROSSFIT WADEBRIDGE FOUR KINGS

CrossFit Wadebridge Four Kings was founded in 2019. This was a dream of Jono Whitehead owner, head coach and former Games Athlete. Jono is the only Level 3 CrossFit Coach in Cornwall, that is part of a CrossFit affiliate box.


Jono and his coaches have over 13 years’ experience in coaching CrossFit. Between them have a wealth of experience gained through competing in various sporting arenas and coaching all over the world, in addition being mentored by some of the best in the CrossFit field.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

As a box we are driven by CrossFit and believe in the methodology. We have seen the benefits not only physically but mentally too. It just works! However, we understand that not everyone gets the CrossFit bug and we know that moving your body in a variety of ways brings significant benefits. Regardless of what the class is called, we draw from our experiences to deliver quality coach lead classes throughout our box. Our facility can help you achieve your fitness goals.

WHAT WE OFFER

In addition to CrossFit our box offers CrossFit Mums and Babies and CrossFit Teens. Within our schedule we also offer HiiT sessions, Functional Body Building and a bespoke Postpartum Course, for mothers getting back to fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. We also provide nutrition and personal training services upon request. We have shower/ toilet facilities and a chill out area where you can grab a coffee after class with the added bonus of onsite parking.

CrossFit

CrossFit is an all-encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, from advanced to beginner. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Intensity is essential for results, the more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort leading to more health and fitness goals.

Teens CrossFit

CrossFit Teens emphasizes good movement throughout childhood with Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries. The program is scalable for any age or experience level.

HiiT

This class will be movements of a simpler nature, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Movements and Cardio Machines brought together to give you a great sweaty workout.


This is a 30 minute class. No barbells or hanging off a rig. Just get in, get it done and get on with your day.

Flex

This class is a great combination of Functional Strength & Bodybuilding for that aesthetic look. A two part class starting with Strength – Squat, Deadlift, Press, Pull. Then the bodybuilding Bench, curls, chin ups, bent over rows style workouts to give you that awesome FLEX.

Mum & Baby

This is a safe place where you can bring your baby and get a great workout in. You can see to your baby’s needs as and when necessary, anytime. We hope that this helps you get a great workout in and back on the fitness journey.

Postpartum

This is an 8-week course to help individuals with movement control, breathing and building to loaded and dynamic movement again.

Private Training

Work towards specific goals with personal training. Either on a 1 on 1 or in a small group.

Nutrition

Dial in your nutrition and accountability. We don’t just focus on the hour you spend

inside the gym, the 23 hours you spend outside the gym is where most people

struggle to make progress toward their health and fitness goals. That is where our

nutrition and accountability coaches can help.
